What we make

The dish we will make can vary from class to class, depending on the season and availability of ingredients. In past classes we have made:

Katarina was brought up in Slovakia and she will teach you how to prepare her Mums delicious dish Stuffed peppers and meatballs in a smooth tomato sauce which also features in her Debut Cook book What’s the flavour.

There will be lots of tastings and samples of Slovak cuisine and charcuterie made by Simon.
