This is a butchery based class run by Simon who has been a butcher all his life.
We usually cover breast of lamb, unusal steak, any odd bits and pieces and talk and explain where the cuts are from, how to cook them and make them taste delicious. It is a very hands on butchery class so you will deserve home cooked meal made by Katarina and few glasses of wine.
