The dish we will make can vary from class to class, depending on the season and availability of ingredients. In past classes we have made:

This is a butchery based class run by Simon who has been a butcher all his life.

We usually cover three types of steaks and explain where the cuts are from, how to cook them and make them taste delicious. It is a very hands on butchery class so you will deserve home cooked meal made by Katarina and few glasses of wine.
