The dish we will make can vary from class to class, depending on the season and availability of ingredients. In past classes we have made:
This is actually 4 bird roast but we will be boning three birds. We will have some delicious home-made stuffings and plenty of knife skills, hard work and fun.
Festive dinner will be served at the end of the class and you will take your substantial 3 bird roast home to share with a family of up to 10.
