The dish we will make can vary from class to class, depending on the season and availability of ingredients. In past classes we have made:

This class is all about delicious seafood such as lobster, clams, prawns, squid, scallops whatever we can get our hands on. Not always easy to promise with fish and seafood as it depends on what sea has to offer at the time of the class. Katarina will make sure the class will be informative and fun filled with tasty recipes, nibbles and dinner.
