What we make

The dish we will make can vary from class to class, depending on the season and availability of ingredients. In past classes we have made:

We will discover steaks such as merlot, denver, spider, hanger, bevette, cook you many samples as well as steak dinner!

This is a very much hands on class so roll your sleves up and get your muscles working, cutting, sowing, pulling and learning about local and delicious British beef.
