Japanese Cucumber & Radish Salad

Ingredients

6 spring onions, sliced diagonally

½ cucumber, peeled into strips with a potato peeler

100g radishes, sliced

1 red chilli

2 limes

1 tsp sesame oil

sea salt and freshly ground black pepper

Method

Mix the spring onions, cucumber and radishes in a bowl
Make a dressing with the chilli, lime juice and sesame oil. Pour over the salad and season with salt and pepper.
