Get ready for Meat and Fire!

You will prepare three different cuts of meat, learn plenty of knife skills and gain understanding of where the cuts come from.

We will explain which cuts of meats are the best for using in Argentinian cooking and what are the most appropriate ways of cooking them. We will also treat you to a delicious meal and you will take all your creations home with you.
