1 medium sized cauliflower cut into bitesize florets
1tsp ground ginger
2tsp salt and pinch of pepper
orange zest of halve orange
squeeze of orange juice
HOW TO PREPARE
Preheat the oven to 180C and line a baking tray with baking parchment.
In a bowl combine the oil, ginger, salt, pepper, cinnamon, orange zest and juice, honey and cumin.
Place the florets into the mixture and cover evenly.
Bake in the oven for about 25-30 minutes.
Serve hot or cold with sweet chilli sauce.
